Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Boston Milford

We stayed here for a family gathering in the area. We had elderly parents with us who use a cane and a walker. After returning from 1 event last night, we saw they were working on the elevator and we were told once they got it fixed, it would remain out of operation till today when it would be state inspected. Our rooms were on the 2nd floor and this could have been a nightmare, as we had to leave the hotel early today and the elevator would not be operational at this time. I went to the front desk and told the young lady there what the issue was. Within minutes, she got our parents a suite on the 1st floor and the men working on the elevator, made sure we got our parents down to the 1st floor. I personally wanted to thank all involved with making this happen within minutes. Now onto the hotel, it was truly convenient for our needs, the rooms were very clean and todays breakfast was a typical continental breakfast, with plenty of choices. The staff at this hotel made this a very positive experience and I'd strongly recommend it.

Great breakfast very complete, very nice staff at breakfast, clean and wide rooms, very nice desk staff, confortable and modern, near milford downtown and walking distance to grocery store and even target. Perfect hotel the whole family liked.

The front desk guy was extremely nice even though he was clearly working understaffed. The person working the breakfast was also very nice.

The breakfast was excellent. Joeimar, the lady in the breakfast area was so good, polite and always had a smile in her face. Thank you, Joe and Melania and Fairfield Hotel! Melania, the receptionist was very knowledge and helpful. Excellent staff. Thank you Both!!:)
